Unspoken: Identity and PPCS

Chaandani’s world was turned upside down by a brain injury that left her navigating persistent post-concussive symptoms (PPCS). Everyday tasks—making tea, washing clothes, sending emails—became monumental challenges, and Chaandani was left feeling unseen, unheard, and unsupported in a system full of gaps. Through personal growth, self-expression, and time, she began reclaiming life. That journey sparked a mission: to help others avoid the same struggles.

Chaandani is now an educator for medical and allied healthcare practitioners who serve the concussion and PPCS population. She brings a wealth of knowledge gained through experience plus research, and aims to reshape the future of concussion care through innovation and strategic partnership.

Edit from Chaandani:
At Return to Life I exclusively teach ongoing education courses to concussion practitioners. (At the time of this podcast, I also supported PPCS survivors directly.)
